Alex is a 17-year veteran of the commercial real estate (CRE) investment banking and finance industry, during which time he has helped to launch and grow numerous CRE lending platforms within a variety of banks and REITs, traversing virtually every pocket of the CRE lending and capital markets industry during his tenure.
Alex’s experience includes both buy-and sell-side of Wall Street, both bank and non-bank CRE lending across every major property type and geographic market, and extensive experience across origination, underwriting, and securitization roles. Throughout his career, Alex has built relationships with hundreds of industry participants, including CRE developers, lenders, brokers, investors and other professionals at the core of the industry’s infrastructure, gaining invaluable know-how into the inner workings and nuances of domestic and international CRE capital markets.

During the past 25 years, Harris has gained expertise and experience in virtually every domain of the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. Harris’s focus has primarily been in CRE lending, where his experience includes Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, balance sheet, and structured lending, in virtually every property type and geographic market across the US. Harris was also instrumental in growing the London-based CRE lending business of a publicly traded REIT. Most recently, Harris worked on the sponsor side of the CRE industry, project managing a construction site of a prominent Philadelphia-based multifamily builder/owner. Harris commands the highest level of CRE knowledge, know-how, relationships, and deep understanding of all stages along the CRE industry’s value chain.

With over 15 years experience within the finance, technology, and commercial real estate industries, Yony’s diverse experience is ideal for his leadership role at CREED, where he is responsible for customer outreach and engagement. Starting his career in the commodities trading desk at JPMorgan and Barclays, Yony then pivoted to the technology industry where he joined Oracle as part of their sales and marketing team. Shortly afterward, in 2017, Yony launched his own business and investment management firm, LAA Partners, where he presently serves as President and specializes in helping professional athletes and high net worth individuals invest in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) properties across the US. To date, LAA Partners has closed investments in over 2,100 multi-family units and over 1.7 million square feet of industrial properties, organically identifying and growing a national portfolio of trusted CRE owners and builders. Yony’s experience and relationships are an ideal alignment with CREED’s mission and customer base.
Managing Director, Sales
During the past 15+ years, Jayson has been involved in virtually every aspect of the CRE brokerage and investment landscape, having built diverse industry expertise and relationships along the way. Beginning his career in leasing brokerage with one New York City’s most prominent commercial property owners, Jayson transitioned to property brokerage thereafter, both in New York and Florida, having facilitated and transacted on a diverse array of CRE deals across the US, though primarily focusing on the Northeast and Southeast regions. Jayson’s diverse industry experience combined with broad network of industry contacts is instrumental in facilitating customer adoption to CREED’s digital platform.

Tate is a senior engineer at CREED, where he focuses on mobile and web software development. Having started his software development at an early age in his teens, during the past 7 years, Tate has held professional software development roles at various start-up companies. Prior to joining CREED, Tate was a senior software engineer and technology lead at PaymentWorks, a Boston-based business payments venture which was founded in 2013 and has received $20 million in funding, most recently in May 2022.

Davin has spent over 15 years in the financial services and CRE arenas. Davin began his career working for bulge bracket investment banks Meryl Lynch and UBS in the NYC Metro region. After obtaining his MBA from University of Hawaii in 2015, Davin transitioned to the CRE industry, taking sequential roles in the CFO offices of two of the largest CRE holding companies in Hawaii, including Alexander & Baldwin, Hawaii’s largest publicly traded REIT, with nearly 4 million square feet of real estate under management. Davin’s direct experience in managing the financing process within the institutional CFO’s office provides CREED with unique insight into the borrower’s experience. Further, having managed teams in excess of 20 people in the financial controller function, Davin’s soundness in financial management is invaluable to balancing discipline and financial budgeting within the technology start-up financing environment.
